This residential construction software provides integrated reporting for homebuilders that currently use Builder Management construction software, like Hyperion (FAST), Newstar, i4Synergy, etc. Web Information Center’s residential builder software does not replace the operational software, it simply provides the reporting engine for these products.
Web Information Center’s residential builder software allows homebuilders to publish reports, pivot tables, share documents, manage schedules, meetings and project deliverables. For example, homebuilders can post accounting reports (like purchase orders, variance purchase orders, etc), construction reports (like job schedules, operation efficiencies, etc), or any other type of report. All team members (homeowners, employees of the homebuilder, and vendors) benefit from this residential construction software, allowing access to these reports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with just a web browser.
Web Information Center seamlessly integrates with Crystal Reports and provides a built in pivot table designer, allowing homebuilder executives to drill down on critical information across communities (housing starts, revenue, expenses, invoices, etc). Reports can be printed, graphed, searched and exported to spreadsheets and other formats.
